Notes when booking
1. 1. Check-in time: after 15:00 p.m.; Check-out time: before 11:00 a.m. Over time for pay the charge (NTD$500/h)
2. Way of adding beds
● Adding beds for Zhongxiano village double room and Ren’ai village quadruple room should be paid NT$500/ added bed. (including bedding, toiletries, and breakfast, but not including tickets)
● No extra bed can be added in quadruple rooms
3. The center is located within Tsengwen Reservoir scenic area, and purchase of additional entry ticket and vehicle pass are required (the center can be deputized to purchase these tickets).
4. No pets are allowed in the center and the surrounding area.
5. To confirm your booking, please pay 1/3 of the total payment within one week of booking. The center has the right to cancel the booking if the deposit is not made.
6. Where force majeur such as natural disasters or land typhoon alert has been issued by the central weather bureau, the booking can be delayed or canceled. The delay can be up to a maximum of six months.
7. Payment and cancellations
● Please pay for all activities before 9:00 p.m. On the day of the activity
● Please pay in cash or by card. We do not accept billing.
8. Ratio of refund for cancellation by telephone (according to regulations of the Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications)
★ No refund for cancellation on the day of check-in
★ 20% of the deposit refunded for cancellation the day before the check-in date.
★ 30% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 2-3 days before the check-in date.
★ 40% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 4-6 days before the check-in date.
★ 50% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 7-9 days before the check-in date.
★ 70% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 10-13 days before the check-in date.
★ 100% of the deposit refunded for cancellation 14 days (inclusive) before the check-in
