● Each time block is 4 hours; 2 blocks are eight hours. Each block must be used in one go and cannot be divided up.
● The center can provide projector and tea. Please inform the center if this is needed.
● Please only use seal tape when setting up venues. Do not use clear tape, double-sided tape or pins to damage the venue. Compensation shall be made if any damages are found.
● Do not move the chairs and tables in the conference rooms for use outdoor. The center will provide outdoor chairs and tables upon request.
● The venues can be used from AM8:00-PM10:00. Overtime charge will be made for going over time.
