1. You may make a reservation inquiry of rooms to us by phone or internet.  We will keep your reservations within a week from the date we receive your calling reservations.  Please transfer the deposit during reservation period or the reservation will not be kept after seven days.
2. The amount of the deposit will be one third of the total amount.  If you need dining only, we require full amount of the first meal.

Please transfer the deposit to the account name: Tsengwen Youth Activity Center and the account number: 03054612. And please note the room quantity and the date of the events at the margin of the form.

1. A 30-day notice before check-in date is required for cancellations or postponement due to certain purposes.
2. An 20-day notice is required if the number of total guests for lodging needs to be reduced.
3. An 3-day notice is required if the number of total guests for dining needs to be reduced or the reservation for dining needs to be canceled.
4. The deposit will be deducted if the change procedure of the reservation is not complete.
5. The total amount of dining will be charged without using.  We cannot accept last-minute cancellations
   

1. All payment should be paid up before use.  Groups should pay up by 9pm on check-in date, by cash or with credit card.  Check is not accepted.
2. Check-in time: 3pm. Check-out time: 10am.  The extra expense of extended hours will be charged.
